"Lots of good to say about this place. Lovely surroundings and truly quiet (could occasionally hear passing cars on the highway, but the cabin is a decent distance away and the amount of traffic is fairly light). Lots of walkable, even hikeable, areas on the property. Cozy furnishings, though dining room table is tiny, even for one person. Internet is decent - I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to work there (LAN connection) and stream, but not sure how that would go with more than one...

"It was very dusty on the inside. Big dust bunnies sitting on the curtains and the bathroom was so tiny the shower leaked all the floor. The bed was on a frame too small for the mattress and so it liked to flip into the air when you sat on the end of it. "

"We were on our way to South Dakota but stopped here for the night after a 9 hr drive. We checked in quickly at 1am, and literally unpacked and put on our pj’s. Bed was comfortable, shower was nice and hot in the morning. Everyone was very friendly and gave us some tips for touring around before heading towards Mount Rushmore Via Devils Tower. We did stop into downtown and took a view pics and read about Sundance history. Also right next to gas station where we filled up! "

"If you like rustic and simple, the peacefulness of the country and being "off the grid" you are gonna Love this place! Enjoy the thrill as you drive down the miles of winding gravel roads wondering if the next bend is your destination. And finally you are there... feel the peace as you slowly roll down the drive... no traffic, no noise, no hassle.
