I was also told I would not be allowed a chair in the back of the venue for a concert, that I could sit in “ the bathroom”. What a terrible facility, horrible customer service. I didn’t want money back, just wanted a chair for the concert, and to reschedule the stay so we could enjoy. Disappointing to say the least.
