"*This review is written from a new VRBO renter. The property was clean with newer appliances that worked well. It was very helpful to have a Keurig (with pods) and a Mr Coffee (no filters or coffee) available. I’m guessing these items (pods and coffee) are typically left behind by previous renters. Having said that, I wouldn’t expect any property to have this, as I look at it as a consumable. They also had an air mattress and a pack and play available. It would be helpful to include this information in the description. The host frequently replied promptly, however I never received a follow-up response to checking in early. I was told he would let me know when the cleaning service was finished, but never did. The water pressure in the bathroom (sinks) was very low. Pressure was fine everywhere else. Overall, the “home feeling” was apparent. Thank you for offering your rental for a place to stretch our legs and to share memories with family."

"The place was excellent. Great location. It was so clean!! Loved it. The only hiccup was that we didn't find out till 2 days before check in that there's no air conditioning. It absolutely wasn't a big deal because the weather was perfect but I do think that that information needs to be conveyed prominently for people who will be there in the hottest months.Thank you for a great stay!!"
