Room was good. No soda machines. Weed smell in room so went told front desk and they made phone call bam smell disappeared an employee walked out of next room so figured thats why after front desk called them told them. But other then that it was ok

I have bulbous infantigo and a rare but serious condition of lower leg cellulitis. I should have requested a deep clean before hand but I fixed it other then that it's been great!! One thing though I noticed it the burnt blankets on each bed so we r just gonna not undo the beds and use our blanket but thank u and I hope u have a great day!!!! From room 228 on 03/23/24 to 03/24/24

the area appeared “shady “. no coffee pot or wash cloths.only one bath towel and one hand towel. bathroom smelt wet or moldy and the fan made a horrible noise as did the toalet when flushed.

Would of definitely been a solid 4 stars but when you literally kill more then 7 flies and sweep up so much hair you can make a wig its wild. So cleaness is 1-2 stars the beds and comfort are comfortable tho and i like the why they built the showers

By far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. There was one towell for three people and they said they didn't have any more when we requested extras. The water pressure in the shower was very low, but the toilet almost exploded every time we flushed. The walls needed repair and paint. Just a blanket and a sheet on the beds. On the plus side, there were no bedbugs.

The staff was amazing. My king bed did not come with a mictowave and fridge and they assisted me in changing to a double queen for $12.00 more. Cons: internet was down and thier office phones were out. Pro: amazin staff. Clean room, comfortable bed 1 block from wrights steakhouse and I44. Will stay again

Do not like the fact that when you check in there's no coffee so you wait till freaking in the morning then the coffee runs out they don't make no more you have to ask them for ice because and they don't even have ice doors were broken into they were locked together

The property is very run down and we were in the very back. There was a lot of activity outside including cars outside room just running with people inside which appeared shady.The beds were awful and the bedding had burn holes. The ceiling needs repaired. There was no house keeping, tv didn't work, microwave was broken. Room smelled like smoke, everyone else seemed to smoke in rooms. Several occupants apparently live there. Lots of loud music late at night.

The hotel was overbooked. The room that they did find for us had obviously had a smoker in it. (I’m allergic) There were dirty towels on the walkway leading to the room. People were outside hanging around. It felt sketchy as hell. We didn’t stay longer than to smell the stale smoke in our nonsmoking room and to turn in our key.

I did not like the receptionist as he was not welcoming and had a very stern attitude with me which is not what u want to hear after a long road trip. I also did not appreciate the security in front my door with his loud 2way radio looking for a homeless person around the property. I get keeping the guest safe but keep it down and not make a big deal over a small situation and keep in mind that guest are trying to sleep.

The place was un clean the put my wife and me in one building kids in a different building First room had no bedding and bugs crawling around second was in a building that was raised by police 5 minutes after we checked in requested refund

I booked this room for my mom and son and they had to leave a couple hours after they got there and I had to spend more money at a different hotel. This place looks nothing like the photos and there wasn’t even working ice machines!!

The check in was late, the room was not ready ,full of flies no towels, soap, floors not cleaned until we get there and they bring towels and soap, the ladies in the the house keeping team apologize for the inconvenience and help with cleaning and the replacement of towels soap, the locks on the doors do not work correctly, electronic key cards mostly do not work, we can't see a big gap in the door, the door doesn't feel safe, the door in the bathroom was broken and do not close at all.

The first room tv was cracked and smelled like cigarettes. They moved us and the second room had a lot of flies and roaches in the room, the refrigerator was very dirty. The house keepers were smoking as they were cleaning the rooms. We were very disappointed!

The matress was broken down. There was hair all over the floor in the bathroom, and the room. There was no refrigerator. There was one chair at the table.
