Room was comfortable and well equipped. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was fine. The hotel caters for many big groups, who can be noisy, but they were in a separate section of the dining room. Groups seemed to start early, so by 8.15 they had all left and the dining room was quiet. We didn't notice the groups anywhere else in the hotel.

The staff was kind and helpful, especially Carlos. The hotel was reasonably within walking distance of the Sactuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!

It was our 4th stay here. We had 3 rooms and all was very well. Breakfast was very satisfying and rooms were all with balcony overlooking the river. Staff was all extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant
