the hotel was right beside the entrance to tbe grotto.the location was excellent. staff very friendly and obliging.

Dirty. It seems no one is in the property to manage it. We were not provided with code to get in granting we came for early check in. No person is in charge during the weekend. You need to call a number. No housekeeping to notify . We were there Friday , Saturday and Sunday. You should send someone to validate this hotel. No upkeep seen during stay. Personal experience.

La receptionniste tres sympa par contre le veilleur de nuit ne mérite pas du tout sa place par exemple le premier soir il m'a accusé à tort d'avoir picolé alors que j'etais debout depuis 4h du matin et que je n'avais pas bu d'alcool lorsque je suis rentré à l'hotel à 22h30 ,j'aurais du faire venir la police pour me faire souffler et vu que s'aurait été négatif j'aurais pu porter plainte contre lui pour calomnie et ce matin jour de notre départ il n'avait pas préparé notre petit déjeuner ce qui fait plusieurs fautes graves qui doivent etre sanctionnées par un licenciement immédiat afin de ne plus nuire à la réputation de cet hotel

Horrible à fuir mauvaise accueil chambre sale hotel délabré et se faire insulter en partant par le responsable cest inadmissible... on a pris 1 chambre dans 1autre hotel pour le même prix chambre plus spacieuse équipée de seche cheveux sèche serviette vue imprenable et un accueil irréprochable

Hotel muy bien ubicado para visitar Lourdes, a metros de la Basílica y al costado de un restaurante Italiano muy bueno. Tiene lo necesario para una estadía corta y el personal es muy amable. Por ubicación y amabilidad del personal lo recomendaría y regresaría.

Innanzitutto l'insegna della struttura (Hotel Marquette) non corrisponde alla attuale denominazione dell'hotel: mi hanno spiegato che è quella vecchia ma poiché sulla porta non c'è neppure il numero civico sono entrato solo perché è uscita l'addetta alla reception che mi vedeva il mio sguardo alternarsi tra il cellulare (goegle maps mi diceva che ero arrivato) e la ricerca dell'albergo. L'albergo, anche se pulito, è veramente cadente, le pareti sono in pessime condizioni, le porte scrostate, la finestra del bagno inguardabile, e soprattutto i letti scomodissimi (si sprofonda, le reti sono improponibili). Non va bene nemmeno per un due stelle, e nemmeno può essere compensato dalla cortesia dell'addetta alla reception. Non ho provato la prima colazione.
