Asked for a full refund and to leave immediately as I’m terribly allergic and wasn’t willing to take chances unpacking in another room. Full refund was denied, even though I was in need of finding an immediate last minute hotel replacement. Missed my tours for the day. Desk denied the presence of bugs OF COURSE — They then threatened to fine/sue me if I published this honest review with photographic evidence. Absolutely horrifying, ruined my trip. "
