Couple in mid January Location of property is excellent. Great view from upper rooms. Clean and tidy, staff friendly. Pool area is good. Clean and tidy. Doesn't get full day of sun in mid January. May have an issue if you use bus transfer as you will have 10 minute walk from drop off and it's uphill on return trip. Would recommend the apartments as they are good value and would definitely use them again.

Situated directly behind the busy main street of Puerto del Carmen, it was surprising quiet considering the many busy bars in front of the property. We were on the ground floor so the sea view was limited, but still pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Easy access to the promenade and beach, would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful sea view and the noise from the street was mostly inaudible thanks to the sound of the waves breaking on the beach below. Spent a great week pre Christmas, swam in sea, hired bicycles and also a car for 24 hours. Highly recommend this hotel, especially the top floor ( Rooms 600’s)

Rooms are done up but still tired. But you get what you pay for, this is a good hotel as a base if you’re out and about all day. We arrived and were checked in early which was all positive. When we got to the room, the bedroom door didn’t close and was too big for the frame, we never had a kettle. When we told reception they couldn’t do anything about the door but they provided a kettle in the room straight away. All in all okay hotel, but probably won’t go again.

Very very tired. Needs a lot of updating, especially bathroom, kitchen and furniture. Only one socket in kitchen so you have to choose between kettle or toaster. The lift was out of order and was told it had not been working for weeks. On the good side it is in a good position

The property was very good and well maintained, the pool was okay but it was very cold. The rooms were basic but nice, the only problem was the shower wasn’t very good. Everything was fine, I just feel check in could of went smoother.

Just back from a week holiday in Tías. The Apt was lovely and we had a nice sea view. This was our second stay at Los Cocoteros and would recommend these apt’s to everyone. Right across the road to the beach and in the middle of shops, restaurants and pubs. Staff were very polite and helpful.

It was in a great location, nice and quiet, clean and friendly staff. The only thing I found poor was the internet. Had to log in every time and sometimes couldn’t log in at all. T.V. Only had one English speaking channel which was Sky News repeating the same thing all evening. Other than that a very pleasant stay.

Great place to stay
Perfect location, stores and restaurants right on your doorstep. Across the road to beach. Staff friendly. Housekeeping excellent. Our only complaint is it advertises a heated pool and the pool is not heated and not even in the sun. Very cold.

Enjoyable but slightly shabby looking
Still good value accomodation and in a nice location, but the lack of a maintenance programme makes it less attractive year on year. Were there to be some minimal investment, that that could quickly be recouped in higher rates.

Excellent Apartment Los Cocoteros
Excellent apartment with seaview, spacious rooms and kitchen area well equipped. Relaxing holiday, very quiet during evening and night with comfortable beds. Free Wifi and housekeeping very good with fresh towels when required, great location in Puerta del Carmen for beach, restaurants, bars. Will definately return next year.

Excellent value for money!! Apartment was clean and had a sea view. Everything you need is right on your doorstep. Staff were friendly and courteous. Bed was a bit uncomfortable, but apart from that it was perfect. Pool area was nice and quiet and got sun for most of the day.

Nice spot, right by the beach and no need to climb the big hill. Plenty of space in the apartment and friendly staff. The place is a little tired and not as plush as some of the other places in the area (we were there on a big family trip so visited relatives staying in lots of other apartments in the area!). In particular I can't imagine you would want to spend the day by the pool there, although it is fine for a quick dip. However for the price it is a great deal.

Nice location. I would consider this place again.
Lovely sea view and a great big terrace to sit out on. Only steps away from the promenade and the beach in a very central location. Only things i will complain about is that the beds weren't very comfortable. They felt like foam mattresses, not very supportive. My husband didnt sleep very well. The shower curtain in the bathroom needed to be changed as it smelled bad. Also there was mouse droppings in the bathroom every morning. I mentioned it to the cleaner but I dont think she understood me. My fault that i didnt mention it to the person at reception. Also, on checkout the guy took our key and never asked how was our stay or anything. He didnt seem interested. I loved the location and would consider the building again but they would need to upgrade their mattresses and their attitude!

Great location
Loved the apartments, they are in the best location straight across from the beach and there are great restaurants and bars close by. The staff are really helpful and I did not see any cockroaches so don't understand some of the negative reviews. I stayed with my husband and we had a great time we will stay here again. Book a sea view, it's worth the extra money.

Los Cocoterous Apt. in Lanzorate fantastic place
These apts are fab, very clean and spacious fantastic location, if we are going bac to lanzorate again i will definately book them. It is definately worth booking a sea view room we were on the top floor and it was fab. Thanks to the person who wrote in with the tip about arriving at night we arrived at 11pm and we knew in advance that the reception would be closed and to pick up the key in another hotel this all ran smoothly and we were refunded the money we gave to the taxi driver for the extra journey.

Apartment Los Cocoteros Lanzarote
We found this Hotel apartment ideal for my wife & I It is close to all the resturants & Bars & Beach and only fiftheen minutes walk to the old Town! The only small draw back it has, is the reception closed by 7pm local time so any one arriving after this time has to take a taxi to a sister hotel to collect the keys of their apartment? it would have been nice if they had let you know this when you booked ? It would have made it easier as we could have used the same taxi we took from the airport in stead of getting out of one and then looking for another?

Al nostro arrivo ci è stata assegnata una camera al piano interrato con umidità e muffa alle pareti con conseguente cattivo odore. La struttura aveva una vista mare spettacolare, con un comodo balcone e una finestra enorme dalla quale poter osservare il mare mentre si fa colazione. Pulizia impeccabile, appartamento provvisto di tutto (frigo, freezer, micronde, lavandino, teiera, tostapane, fornelli e stoviglie). Personale alla reception simpatico e gentile, molto disponibili.
