"Wir waren im Juli zu fünft in der Villa Mercedes! Es waren zwei unglaublich wundervolle Wochen!! Das Haus hat eine Top Lage, sehr ruhig, zentral gelegen, so dass man die Insel per Auto perfekt erkunden kann!Die Einrichtung einfach nur perfekt, es hat an nichts gefehlt! Wir haben von der Gastgeberin ( 1000 Dank an Julie) sogar nach 1 Woche neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher bekommen! Perfekte Aufteilung der Zimmer, jedes hat ein eigenes Bad. Und ein wundervoller Pool, der mit Liebe von Dave gepflegt wird!!Dave und Julie sind die herzlichsten Gastgeber, die wir je hatten! 1000 Dank für alles, für zwei perfekte Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus!! Ich vermisse es jetzt schon!!"

"Villa con todo lo necesario para estar hasta 8 personas con todos los electrodomésticos de cocina, pudiendo comer en cocina, sala de estar y terraza. Limpieza pulcra en toda la villa y en la cocina... Colchones y sillones de sala de estar muy cómodos. Casa muy fresca en la que no notamos nunca calor en las habitaciones, durmiendo muy a gusto. Cero ruidos y mucha privacidad. Tener una piscina privada es un plus increíble.Aunque esté en el norte de la isla y no en una zona turística le da un encanto increíble, pudiendo disfrutar de los muy buenosrestaurantes del pueblo a dos minutos caminando.Muchas gracias Pilar..."

"The room was not cleaned properly, as there was stuff on the floor and even in the balcony. I do feel it depends on who was cleaning it, as they did the room late. The bathroom was clean well and the bedsheets were shabby but clean andnbath towel were fine. The air conditioning was rubbish to start of with and had to complain twice, but eventually after the third dayit was sorted. But still could have had more power coming through system. But was told there was a issue in that block which was block 2. The lifts weren't on so we had to climb to the second floor which wasn't pleasaThe staff were very helpful and friendly at reception although I found the older ones a bit miserable when asking a simple question. The restaurant had a lot of food but it felt like it was the same dishes everyday but just cook differently and at times cold. Loved the salad and collection of cakes and fruit. The pool restaurant was petty much the same. But always access to drink thoughout the day. The swimming pool was very big and quiet at times. The hotel was situated at a really good spot, where basically all the restaurants, supermarkets and gift shops on your doorstep. The restaurants around the area was responsibly priced & there was so much places to eat out, if you choose half board or breakfast only. The beach to me wasn't appealing and I was happy to stay around the hotel pool. On a whole I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay there again if I went back to Lanzarote."

"We love this unique hotel run by Jose Antonio. The entire staff is so wonderful! It’s our third year staying here. They offer a daily breakfast. Each room is uniquely designed. We were a little disappointed that our AC didn’t work properly and smelled of mold. There are additions being made to the hotel and we are excited to see the new rooms and pool. Well be back again next year!"

"We had a great time at this hotel. Gemma the Guest Experience Manager was particularly helpful in making our stay extra magical. The food was really nice, good facilities and friendly staff. We really enjoyed the hot tub on our balcony!"

"Lovely Boutique Hotel, beautifully designed and a treat for the eyes. Breakfast was amazing and the best start into our quiet mornings. Loved the attention to detail and the owners/staff take hosting guests to another level. Would recommend staying here to unwind and enjoy Lanzarote - off mainstream tourism."
