"Had two nights here, staff really friendly and helpful, room was good and beds were comfy, had a nice meal there.
Only downside was the room was above the bar area so a little noisy and room 1 bathroom adjoined ours no 2, it was like they were in the room with us , singing in the bath and some poor person being sick "
"The unique thing about the Halfway House Inn is that it is truly dog friendly, no rip off £15 - 20 a night charge that we got at all the other hotels/pubs we stayed in on our 18 days away. We were made to feel welcome with our dog and not treated like 2nd class citizens"

"Great atmosphere. Lovely breakfast. Very clean and the smell was lovely when you walked in. My only issue is with Expedia itself as it didn't register my stay fro my points as I inputed my business email address. I was informed I would get the points after my stay so I hope this is the case"
