Ideal location with easy access from motorway. Well presented resort with nice views from lodge over lake and plenty of things to do on-site. Staff always well presented, polite and very helpful, always seem to enjoy what they are doing. Nice restaurant with plenty of food choices which are reasonably priced. Definitely will be going back.

We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. Had such a good stay here room was excellent had everything we needed the breakfast was simply fantastic.
There is nothing the owners won’t do to make your stay the best it can be so helpful knowledgeable and just very down to earth nice welcoming people.
I can’t recommend it enough as you will have to try it for yourself and you won’t be disappointed.

Stopped on 14th may 2016. The girl who greeted us and served breakfast the next morning was excellent. The food we had at night was great and the breakfast was spot on. Lovely location. The bar bit is about as perfect looking as youd get a pub. The bathroom in our room was 'retro' but we quite liked talking about it and what colour we had in the 90s lol. The bedrooms are lovely too. Defo come back

Great warm welcome from friendly owners. Can tell they are pssionate about this business. Spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast. Away from the hustle and bustle of South Blackpool but so close to public transport links and the front gives it a nice relaxed atmosphere without feeling like your in the middle of nowhere. Wonderful place.

Upon our arrival, there was no parking left in the car park, however, we were able to park nearby, and the next morning were able to put it into the car park, so it wasn't any issue.
Nice hotel, friendly staff lovely breakfast, room was a lovely size, as was the bathroom, Id booked a quadruple room, and was worried it would be cramped but it wasn't there was a partition between the double bed and the bunk bed, which was brilliant.

I had an excellent stay. When i arrived, the TV in my room was broken but i rang reception, a maintenance man came to see it and replaced it immediately.
The breakfast was very nice. The Pizza they served on the 24/7 menu was like an authentic Italian Pizza so that's good.
Thank you for having me and i shall definitely stay again next time i stay in Blackpool.
