Not a 4* Hotel as advertised

This is a very basic hotel and should be priced as such. It's in the middle of nowhere, they charge you £4.50 just to bring a coffee to your room (cost of coffee on top), they don't even have skimmed milk. There are no toiletries in the bathroom, no robes, NO BATH in the room. The duvet is too small for the bed, the pillows are very uncomfortable.... it's clean but the the best thing I can say about it.

We met up with family..It was a lovely get together..Meal was fantastic on there 321 deal.

Hotel staff were friendly. Ate in the resturaunt, food was good and freshly cooked to order. My husband loved the penne pasta dish. The onsite gym and leisure fasilities were easy to access and we enjoyed our time in the pool and hot tub.

The room heating was faulty,but when it was on it wasn't very warm so in the winter months I would find it uncomfortable.

Enjoyed my stay , nice spa facilities, big room and clean . Lovely buffet breakfast , great service as well .

To start on a positive note, the leisure facilities were great. The food in the restaurant was dreadful, the chef has no pride. The service in the restaurant was below par especially at breakfast. Reception late evening could not be bothered. Guests don't matter attitude Management were apologetic and want to put things right

The hotel has a nice health centre c/w pool, steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi which was well run.
