The reception staff were friendly and super helpful and the room just full of character. Loved it. Breakfast is served offsite with a limited selection but does the job. Characterful, welcoming and convenient. Steve, the front desk person made sure that my stay and experience at the hotel and Nepal in general was exceptional. Examples include, assisting in getting transportation out of Kathmandu and answering lots of questions.
