There was no hot water, only one power plug which would not for to international chargers. From breakfast to getting the tv cable channels that are available in English. Nothing is too much trouble. I had traveled all night to get to Kathmandu and needed coffee and 5 minutes to gather myself. The kind gentleman bought me coffee and said when I was ready that so was my room. I checked in and the rest of the stay was as great as my check in. Overall the property wasnt bad but the rooms are tired. I noticed the windows arent sealed so noise and the weather can easily seep through. This wasnt great as there is construction work on both sides of the hotel (but I can hardly blame them for that).
