"Great location in Brig, less than 10 minutes walk to the station but nicely away from the rather rowdy main square. Staff were very helpful guiding me and making provision for a late arrival due to train delays. Breakfast was simple but tasty. If you are there during the week they have a massive model railway you can visit - unfortunately I was there at the weekend, but it's a good reason for me to go back!"

Unfortunately, I had intended to book a hotel in Zermatt and didn't know that lots of hotels in Switzerland are called Schweizerhof--that's my fault not theirs, but just be aware. It's quite far from Zermatt but the village itself is worth exploring."
