We stayed there to watch my brother do a half ironman, it was a good location for the event which was a short train ride, the train station was a quick downhill walk from the hotel and slow uphill walk on way back. I loved the hotel and was really pleased with it, the food at the restaurant is really nice, the rooms very cool and the view to die for. Would love to stay again and have more time to get to the chocolate factory !

Amazing areas

Lovely hotel. Excellent location. Staff at bar very attentive and helpful. Room was compact but very efficient and well appointed. We had a small balcony to enjoy views of the River. Close to the old town and shops and restaurants. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was lovely. Everything was well organised, and we felt very well looked after. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing experience. We would definitely love to come back again!

Overall, we had a very nice trip. The atmosphere and decor were very nice, and the food was good. The hotel staff were all really wonderful. The location is away from other things, so plan on having to go a distance to eat or plan on eating at the hotel. There was some wear-and-tear in the room (e.g., chipped doors), which was surprising for such a nice, new hotel, but might speak more to the typical clientele, which I assume is more of a party crowd. We decided on this hotel solely...

Great staff and an excellent restaurant

The deal at check-in was I got upgraded if I promised to leave a review, so here it goes. The room brand new, modern, beautifully designed and extra comfy. Impeccably clean. All receptionists were adorable, day and night. Super rich breakfast. Fried zucchini at breakfast made my day.

I was welcomed on my arrival by Mac he was very friendly including all the other staff. Mac went out of his way to help me, with all my queries and helped me find my way around, and showed me how to get to one place to another, using public transport. It was very nice experience overall staying at the hotel, I would love to go back and stay there for my next trip.

Very nice hotel

It’s a perfect place to stay right in the middle of the historic old town. Very clean and modern hotel. Everything was top notch. Nothing to complain about.

outside of the city but in exceptional grounds. te zoo is next door if you like that sort of thing

The hotel is about 500m from the nearest tram stop making it very accessible to see Zurich and the surrounding countryside. thr hotel is run by very welcoming friendly staff and the rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a varity of items to choose from. happy to give this hotel a glowing recommendation
