The hotel is very well located in the center of the old town of Horgen and still close to the lake and public transport. The room was quite cosy, but since the building is very old, one can hear a lot of footsteps from the room above. Other than that and the too stuffed pillows, my stay was great. Lots of attention to detail and a huge selection on the breakfast buffet.

I stay at the SwissEver semi-frequently when I travel for work as our HQ is in Steinhausen. I really want to call out Angela on reception who provides exceptional service to her guests. Every time I arrive to the warmest of welcomes, greeted like a returning friend - & nothing is too much trouble. Absolutely wonderful stay with 2 kids, stunning views, hotel, spa, food, things to do, walks etc, what’s not to like!

Was due to stay for 4 days, but due to a family emergency I had to return after only 2days. However the small amount of time I did stay, the room was perfect, good location & helpful friendly staff. They even went out of their way to leave us an anniversary gift which was greatly appreciated. Shame we couldn't have stayed & enjoyed the experience more

Reasonable price as Zurich is expensive. Decent breakfast for 15 francs. Bed was comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. Only a few minutes walk from the station and lots of places to eat close by.

Staff we well informed and helpful, went above the call of duty. A goldmine on local knowledge and events. Breakfast was an event taken alongside local passers by on their way to work. Individual service, felt like one of the family, Inside amazingly clean despite busy district, much traffic and footfall. Nicely furnished and well stocked with necessities. The hotel was in a perfect location looking onto Lake Lucerne. I had booked a room with a balcony and when we arrived, we were given a family suite with seperate bedroom and sitting room so two balconies! Everything was spotless. The breakfast was plentiful and we had a delicious steak dinner in the onsite restaurant. The staff were all very helpful and we would defitely return again.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. It is located at a convenient location for all transport (but I chose to walk to the city center and the lake) with many restaurants and shops nearby and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
