Called 3 times with no answer. We had to book another hotel to stay the night as we waited for more than an hour in front of the locked property with 2 children from 8-9pm. Apart from this new cost of booking another hotel, Le Bijou only decided to refund us 3 out of 4 nights we had booked with them. And I still have not received the refund. Kleinigkeiten wie kaputte Türgriffe, fremde Haargummis am Boden und ein etwas kompliziert zu bedienendes el. Feuer fielen zwar negativ auf, haben den positiven Gesamteindruck aber nicht getrübt.
