We would like to welcome you to beautiful Lake Havasu City, AZ! This beautiful spacious home is located in a great neighborhood, features a pool surrounded with desert palm trees and fruit trees. The backyard also hosts a hot-tub spa and a beautiful view of the mountains! Located within minutes to the lake, boating, golf course, shopping, restaurants and entertainment districts.

This family-friendly Lake Havasu City home is in the perfect location in one of the best neighborhoods, yet only 10-15 minutes away from the lake and boat ramp.

Bedroom 1: Cal-King Bed, Smart TV, & En-Suite Master Bath.

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with Smart TV

Bedroom 3: (2) Bunk Beds and extra twin mattress with Smart TV

INDOOR LIVING: Air conditioning, ceiling fans, central heating, washer and dryer.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Fenced-in backyard, Pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, Propane grill, dining area with patio furniture.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with basic amenities

GENERAL: Free WiFi, linens/towels, laundry detergent, Pool towels.

PARKING: Driveway (2 cars), Side RV/Boat Parking
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home, except for the garage. Vehicle, boat or RV parking is on driveway only. There are 2 driveways at this property.

* There is a covered airstream parked on one side of the house under a covered patio.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm to 7 am.
This home is located in a quiet residential area and parties will be shut down immediately or you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

SECURITY CAMERAS
There are security cameras located outside of the property, the front entrance, driveway, and back yard surveillance for the pool and pool equipment. There are no cameras inside of the home.
The purpose of these cameras is to prevent parties and misuse of the pool or tampering with equipment. The rental agreement is immediately terminated without a refund if any security camera is tampered with, in addition to a $500 fine.

NO SMOKING AND VAPING
This is a non smoking home and a violation will result in a $200 fine. You are welcome to smoke outside with the homes’ windows and doors closed but ask that you please dispose of your own cigarette butts.

USE OF POOL AND SPA
No glass or food in or around the pool. If the pool needs to be drained as a result of this violation it will be at the expense of the guest.
Please Do not touch the propane tank or pool/spa equipment. A violation will result in a minimum $500 fine for the pool company to re-set or repair the equipment.
*Pool is not heated and is Seasonal. Open during your stay but is not heated
*Spa is heated and included in your stay.

DEPOSITS AND STAYS
A deposit of $250 - $500 may be required for bookings during holidays, spring break and summer months.
Any stay over 30-days requires a separate signed rental agreement.
For items left behind, a $10 service charge is added to the shipping rate.

PET FRIENDLY
A pet must be authorized to be on the property. The fee is $25/per pet, per stay plus $250 refundable deposit. Maximum pets allowed is 2.
A violation for a non-authorized pet is a $200 fine per pet. Please include your pet on your reservation to avoid this fee.
** Please note: If a pet is approved to be on the property we ask kindly that you please clean up after your pet. **

Amazing!!!

We stayed the month of January 2023! From start to finish everything was exceptional! The house was exactly as pictured and described. Shari was the best host we have experienced. She was very timely in responding, helpful with suggestions and very pleasant to deal with. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood felt extremely safe. So impressed we want to make plans to return soon. Highly recommend this property!

Absolutely amazing

My experience for this 4 days at this property was outstanding. The property manager Shari is amazing, very attentive and helpful and always available and responsive when you need her. Our family and I totally enjoyed the home. We felt like home and everyone was pretty sadden that it ended. The house has a warm feel to it, very well equipped very clean. The family room is open and spacious. Very clean and with great lighting all around the home. Definitely a home we love to come back to.

Comfy Stay!

We stayed for 10days at this lovely home in Lake Havasu in Feb. /2023! The bedrooms were large with comfortable beds, large kitchen and family room. The outdoor space had a pool, bbq and hot tub … everything was in working order. The house is located in a quiet area with easy access to the main road and a grocery store not to far away. I would recommend this house to anyone who is looking for something that is comfortable and we felt very safe. The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly to any inquiries we had. I would stay here again when visiting in Lake Havasu. If you like golf check out the course at Emerald Canyon (30 min. drive south) but book ahead as it is busy!

Great Escape from Winter

My family spent the long weekend at this property. It was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean and comfortable. We loved using the hot tub. It was nice to be able to bring our dog and have a fenced in backyard for him. Communication with the manager was great. If we ever get to go back, we'll try to stay here again.

Short stay

The house is beautiful, and very comfortable. We unfortunately didn’t get to try out the pool, but it looked amazing! The house is very spacious and close to pretty much everything we needed. Would love to go stay again when we have more time for leisure. Overall it was a great experience!

Quiet and Spacious

We came to Lake Havasu for a Memorial Service. This VRBO was perfect for us. Quiet and Spacious. Shari was always available to answer questions that we had. The pool and jacuzzi were both wonderful and relaxing to use. Accommodations were perfect.
