NOT FOR PUBLIC POSTING PLEASE Very nice interior property, really welcoming and cozy. Appreciated the cleanliness and decor, really nice. Unfortunately, the pool area has a significant bird issue, possibly a mammal issue as well. There was bird poop everywhere, and no hose available to clean it up. The jacuzzi's edge had a lot of poop on it, so it wasn't as inviting and we didnt use it. On the table in the pool there was larger feces that could have been from a mammal. There was poop on the floor of the pool but the skimmer was torn up, so no way to extract it. The vacuum was never moving inside the pool to the best of my knowledge. I totally understand that birds cannot be kept away. I respectfully recommend, that a hose is available for guests to clean off all the excrement. A functioning skimmer would be recommended too. Other than the poop issue, it was very nice. Thank you!

Relaxing time in Havasu City
We arrived early to our rental. Called to ask if we could enter early, which the owners allowed. House was clean, spacious and well equipped. The hot tub was a gift, we used it everyday. Great location, easy drive to all attractions in Havasu City. There was a welcome notebook which listed things to do and places to eat. We took advantage of many of the suggestions. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed a sunny, warm, wonderful week.

Very quiet, well apportioned, and relaxing place
We were here for a business event. The location was very clean, beds were comfortable, instructions were clear and easy to understand, and the hot tub, TVs and all appliances worked great! Everything was in working order and it was a relaxing stay for the evenings. Would stay here again!

Anniversary Get Away
This house was perfect for an anniversary get away. We have never been to Lake Havasu! The neighborhood was great, and we were always just a few minutes from the beach and lake front. We went during the off season, but you could still rent items to enjoy your stay. The house was clean and the hot tub felt amazing.
