This hotel in just outside city & has all the facilities you would expect.... Coop, petrol station next door. Lake is about 7-10km away... Lovely staff,quite location, free parking, great breakfast.... Overall perfect place to stay. In fact right in the middle for Venice, Milan & Bologna all within two to two and half hour drive, if you do not mind driving. Had a great time...

We were upgraded on arrival. The room was spotless. The staff were helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of variety. The gardens were beautiful with 2 lovely pools. Everything was only a few minutes walk away and the views were out of this world. We flew late at night and they even allowed us to shower in the Spa before flying home. Great hotel. Highly recommendex.

Everything was fine, allowed to check in early as room was ready, lovely and clean smelling everywhere. Good breakfast . Great location for exploring Lake Garda, Verona and nearby theme parks. However you do need a car as there is not a lot of places nearby to walk to and didn't really see any buses close to area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending.

Very helpful staff. Wonderful view from hotel restaurant of Lake Garda, directly opposite. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Torbole is an ideal location, plenty of good restaurants and places to visit from here. Room cleaned to a high standard every day. The only negative was that the lighting in the room was quite low, making the room quite dark but refurbishment is planned so hopefully this will be rectified. I can definately recommend this hotel.

The hotel was incredibly clean and spacious. The facilities were everything the website described. Breakfast was good (although eggs a bit salty!), the barman was great. It was so quiet probably due to the time of year we stayed so we felt like we had the place to ourselves really! It was a bit weird wearing shower caps in the pool but we saw the funny side and obliged. It was freezing in temperature but once you got in it was ok. We had a great trip and hotel staff were very polite and helpful.

We had an enjoyable stay at the Hotel. On arrival we were given a welcome drink and the reception staff were very helpful. The hotel is conveniently situated alongside Lake Garda and is a few minutes walk from Bardolino town centre and approximately 40 minutes walk to Garda. The views across the Lake are beautiful and it is a quiet location (except on Thursday morning when the market stalls are set up for the day). Our room was very comfortable and immaculately clean, although due to an issue with double bookings we were transferred to a suite for the last 2 nights of our stay. The suite was very good except the lighting which could be improved in the tv lounge area. During our stay, I was impressed with the courtesy and helpfulness of the reception staff. They certainly made us feel very welcome. I would recommend the hotel to couples as a quiet and relaxing owned hotel. It is also welcomes dogs as well as their owners.

Fabulous stay at Hotel Alessi in early September. Desenzano has a good mix of beautiful views, lively entertainment and rest and relaxation.
