This hotel is gorgeous and has beautiful views of the golf course. Breakfast was a good selection and service was great! The selling point for us was how convenient the shuttle bus is. It runs every hour in and out of town which saved us a lot in taxi fares. 4/5 for cleanliness due to finding a few ants in the bed but, to be honest, this is expected in a ground floor apartment in July so we didn't mention it to staff. Other than that all clean and well presented.

Hotel generally very good but a few things would have improved our experience. Parking was very difficult on site. Our room had only paper cups to make hot drinks, only powdered milk and small tumblers for drinks. No shower gel so used our own
Breakfast was really good, selection of fruit, yogurts, breads, cakes, cheese and eggs. Seemed to be lots to do for families. Had a 6 month old with us and it was a bit tricky to get bottles washed and sterilised. All in all a lovely experience

Fantastic hotel with lots of parking and even has a free shuttle bus to the Gardaland theme park. Room was very clean and recently refurbished/decorated. Room also had a balcony which we were not expecting. Only issues i found was the doors and walls are not very well sound proofed so if you visit when kids are off school then the is lots of noise in the evening and morning from other rooms and the other issue was the hair dryer was not working.
