Absolutely terrible ! Would not recommend this place at all. Not clean at all. The room we booked was NOTHING like the pictures. They changed our bungalow to a mobile home and the air conditioning didn’t work and the refrigerator didn ’t even get cold. We booked for 2 nights and didn’t end up even staying there.

This is a beautiful hotel with a stunning view. We booked a junior suite away from the main hotel, sadly this wasn’t practical and easy with a 17 month old baby as it meant we had to get golf carts up and down. Due to baby schedule this also made it difficult to plan eating during the opening restaurant hours for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food was okay, i would say lunch is the best from their à la cart menu. The facilities were amazing especially the soft play but if you have a bad back, this hotel is not for you as it’s very hilly and tough to walk around.
