The view from the property was amazing. Lots of activities to do but most come at an additional charge which is added to your bill at the end of the week. Self catering accommodation was clean and spacious but dated. Self catering really is totally self catering...you need to provide all cleaning materials e.g. sponge, tea towel, washing up liquid. 1 loo roll provided at start of week but that's it. Shuttle bus is a welcomed bonus and we used it nearly every day especially for getting supplies from the shop in Garda. Site shop has limited opening hours and stocks only the very basics. The lake and area is stunning which is why we enjoyed the holiday so much. Communication was difficult for English speaking guests and a lack of a welcome pack meant we had to keep asking at reception about the basics. We were self catering but booked in at the restaurant for one meal after the receptionist told us it was 14 euro per head for adults and 8 euros per child. We were misinformed and the meal ended up being nearly 90 euros for 2 adults and a child plus drinks on top. The meal was lovely but we felt rushed through with little break between courses. We used the spa during family hour which my daughter loved although it was obviously very full of families so if you want a relaxing spa experience pay extra and go on your own when it's adults only. Gym was a bonus and one of the few things you can use for no additional charge. The yoga man was helpful but not pushy which was good.4 out 5.

L'appartement est fourni sans accessoires de bain ce qui est vraiment minimaliste pour ce type d'établissement et le menu du soir contrairement à ce qu'on peut croire est un menu fixe adapté au groupe de passage ce qui est dommage quand on ne fait pas partie de groupe de voyage où on prefererai manger à la carte

Skønt resort med dejlig beliggenhed. Meget ren og pæn lejlighed og suveræne udendørs faciliteter. Lejligheden var utrolig sparsomt udstyret. Meget lidt køkkenudstyr - ingen vinglas eller proptrækker (i Italien :)) og prisen for leje af padelbane er absurd dyr.

Weitläufiges Resort, großer Pool, toller Ausblick

Das Poiano Resort liegt oberhalb von Garda und bietet teilweise einen traumhaften Blick auf den See. Der Fußweg zum See ist auf Grund der Entfernung und des ansteigenden Geländes sehr mühsam und nicht für Jeden machbar. Auch die Wege innerhalb des Resorts sind weit. Das Resort bietet einen Shuttle Service (9-Sitzer Bus) zum See an, (9.30 - 12.30 und 16.30- 21.00). Der Bus fährt permanent hoch und runter (Ausstieg Busbahnhof in Garda). Es gibt einen tollen, rießigen Pool mit vielen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Schade, Poolauflagen fehlen und die Plastikliegen sind etwas unbequem. Ein Poolhandtücher gibt es pro Person und Aufenthalt - Handtuchwechsel wird mit 2,50 € berechnet. Wir hatten zu viert ein Apartment für 4-6 Personen (2 sep. Schlafzimmer - 1 Doppelbett, zwei getrennte Betten) Küchenzeile und Wohnzimmer mit Couch und Esstisch mit Stühlen. Auf der Terrasse gab es einen kleinen runden Tisch mit 4 Stühlen (leider auch ohne Sitzpolster). Bedauerlich fanden wir die Tatsache, dass wir den Wein mangels fehlender Weingläser aus dem Sprudelglas trinken mussten. Für die Mahlzeiten (Frühstück/Abendessen) muss man sich ein Timeslot buchen. Frühstück 1 stündig 7.30/8.30 oder 9.30 Uhr. Dies kann individuell täglich geändert werden. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut, aber immer gleich d.h. jeden Tag der gleiche Käse, die gleich Wurst, die gleichen süßen Teilchen etc.. Kaffee vom Automat. Frisch geschnittenes Obst (Melone und Ananas) und zus. Obst.
