Comfortable and ideally located to visit Tuscany
Located in the peaceful coutryside of Tuscany, the place is ideal to visit nice villages and famous cities. We enjoyed the charm of the house, comfortable and well-equiped. The pool was perfectly clean and big enough to be shared by the 3 families who rented at the same time. It was a real pleasure after a long day of visit. Massimo, the owner, is very nice and did his best to help us, advise us and make us feel at home. Thank you so much for your kindness!

Amazing place!
As a family of 4, we had one of our best holidays yet. This was largely down to the hospitality of Massimo and Maria-they really do go above and beyond to make your holiday special. Very kind people who we will always remember. We stayed in the downstairs of the house and there was more than enough room for the 4 of us. It is decorated beautifully and is very comfortable. The little touches such as a hamper were lovely. The pool is a perfect temperature and the children had lots of fun. We felt so safe there, and it was so relaxing and peaceful. I can't wait to return! Massimo's wine is excellent. There is a dairy very close by where you can buy fresh milk, cheese and yoghurt. Two good supermarkets within a 15 minute drive. So many beautiful places to visit close by. It's a fabulous location. As well as Florence and Pisa, we loved San Gimignano, Chianni, Volterra, Lari, Lajatico and much more. Beautiful beaches close by too. We loved Viareggio. Use Massimo and Maria's book of recommendations for some super restaurants. Our favourites were Nellos in Lajatico and Locanda del Gallo in Chianni. Wonderful traditional Tuscan food at great prices. Thank you Massimo and Maria for an absolutely wonderful holiday xxx

Great place to stay for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany
Incredible nice host! I cant remember when I have had such a warm welcome before. The rooms provide everything you need, its nice and cool inside during hot summers. The view and location are outstanding. The service is incredible. Definitely recommend and wouldnt hesitate to come back. All the best Massimo!

Erholung pur bei einem sehr nettem Vermieter
Wir waren 12 Tage hier bei Massimo in der Toscana. Die Wohnung, der Vermieter und das Grundstück waren einfach toll. Massimo und seine Familie sind sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste besorgt, Die Wohnung ist so wie im Inserat ausgestattet, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und konnten einen erholsamen Urlaub geniessen. Das Highlight war natürlich der grosse Pool, welcher sehr oft genutzt wurde. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Toujours bien accueillis chez Massimo
Pour notre second séjour en Toscane, nous n'avons pas hésiter 1 seconde à retourner chez Massimo qui est toujours aux petits soins en restant discret. Le lieu est magnifique et baigné dans du petit air des terres du bon vent "Podere Benevento" . La piscine est la bienvenue. Nous recommandons ce lieu avec plaisir.

Schöne Wohnung für den Toskana Urlaub
Massimo war ein sehr angenehmer Vermieter und bei Fragen immer verfügbar. Die Wohnung hatte alles was wir benötigten und war vor allem auch nicht zu heiß. Der große Pool war super. In der Umgebung gibt es viele hervorragende Restaurants. Gerne wieder.

Wunderschön
Wir waren eine Woche bei Massimo und haben unsere Zeit da sehr genossen. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön mit vielen Obstbäumen und einem tollen Pool mit guter Größe. Massimo war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns stets mit Kleinigkeiten wie einer Flasche Wein oder einem Eis überrascht. Er war immer sehr nett und bei Fragen gut erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
