Vacation apartment Villa Fördestrand W06

SUPER LOOK at the Baltic Sea and own beach chair The idyllic Ostseebad Laboe (about 5500 inhabitants) is picturesquely located at the exit of the Kiel fjord on the eastern shore. The former fishing village has become a popular holiday and beach resort. Laboe is an old place and was first mentioned in documents in 1240. The name Laboe is derived from the Slavic "Lubodne", which means something like "Schwanenort". And even today the swan is the heraldic animal Laboes. The long, fine sandy beach slopes down very flat to the fjord, so it is especially recommended for families with small children. Immediately on the beach promenade is the water park. With the Kiel Fjord, one of the busiest waterways in the world, on the doorstep, "beach life" offers a special attraction for "visual people" who can observe the passing ships extensively. The panorama of Laboe is dominated by the world-famous 85 m high naval memorial. This memorial commemorates the destinies of all people left at sea and is intended to commemorate a peaceful seafaring on open seas. From above, the visitor has a beautiful view over the fjord and the Baltic Sea in clear weather. At the foot of the memorial lies for several years, the submarine U 995 as a technical museum. The movie "Das Boot" plays on a submarine, which, like U 995, belongs to the famous class VII C. A visit to U995 offers an impressive insight into the unspeakable narrowness the submariners had to live for months. The Kiel Fjord is considered the sailing mecca ("Kieler Woche") par excellence. In the immediate vicinity are the Danish islands Langeland and Aero, the so-called "Danish South Seas". Exhausted sailors will find rest and relaxation in the Laboer marina.

Die Ferienwohnung ist hochwertig eingerichtet, alles war auch sehr sauber. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Toll ist, dass man im Bad Waschmaschine und Trockner zur Verfügung hat. Gerade bei längeren Aufenthalten oder um die Strandsachen zu waschen, bevor man sie in den Koffer packt, ist das ideal. Die Wohnung hat zwei Balkone, richtig toll, man kann so Sonne oder bei Wunsch Schatten genießen, quasi rund um die Uhr. Der Blick aufs Meer ist einmalig, und schaut den Schiffen beim Ein- und Ausfahren in die Kieler Förde zu. Toll!

Gepflegte FeWo mit top Aussicht

Die gesamte Wohnung war super ausgestattet. Ein Strandkorb gehört zur Wohnung. Für uns gab es nur wenige Unannehmlichkeiten, wie eine fehlende Verdunklung im Schlafzimmer auf der Ostseite und die für unser Auto sehr schwierige Stellplatzlage (Wg. 6) in der Tiefgarage. Nur weil Stellplätze gegenüber nicht belegt waren, war ein einparken überhaupt möglich. Die Ausfahrt aus der TG ist bei einem 4,5m langen Auto nur mit viel Geduld, fahrerischem Können und einer 360 Sensorik möglich. Den Spiegel über der Rampe hatte ich erst später wahrgenommen. Ein Hinweis auf darauf wäre hilfreich gewesen.Etwas befremdlich fanden wir, bei 72 für 4 Wäschepakete, dass die Betten nicht bezogen waren und der schriftliche Hinweis an der Tür, dass die Wohnung in vielen Punkten zu reinigen ist. Z. B. Wohnung saugen, Spüli leeren, Müll entsorgen - trotz erhobenen Endreinigungskosten.

Hallo, wir kamen an und fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause. Tolle Aufteilung, super gemütlich eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert. Alles war vorhanden was man so braucht. Ich war sofort angekommen und die Aussicht ist toll. Die Wohnung liegt so das man bequem zum bummeln und Hafen, aber auch zur anderen Seite zum Ehrenmal kommt. In dieser Wohnung kommt man sofort runter vom Stress. Nach vorne raus schaut man den ganzen Tag Schiffe und hinten genießt man die Morgensonne. Ein rundum toller und erholsamer Urlaub,immer wieder gerne. Diese Wohnung macht auch Spaß wenn das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und tolle Lage

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, großer Essbereich und große Sitzecke. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist superschön auf die Förde. Das Kinderzimmer ist zweckmäßig für zwei Kinder, mit Ausziehbett unter dem Einzelbett, aber vollkommen ausreichend, sauber und bequem. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr sehr gut gefallen und wir würden sofort wieder buchen.

Die Lage, der Schnitt sowie die Ausstattung dieser FeWo sind hervorragend und hochwertig. Hinzu kommt der tolle Blick auf die Kieler Förde. Diesen haben wir bei der diesjährigen Windjammerparade im Rahmen der Kieler Woche besonders geschätzt. Sogar Bekannte aus Kiel kamen uns deshalb besuchen :-)

Mal wieder Urlaub gemacht

Wir hatten mal wieder das Vergnügen eine Woche im schönen Laboe zu verbringen, auch wieder in der Villa Fördestrand. Es war wieder einmal traumhaft schön. Die Ferienwohnung (die wir nun schon zum 2. mal gebucht hatten) mit Ausblick zur Förde, Schiffe die "hautnah" am Fenster vorbeiziehen, es war einfach schön. Ankommen und sich wie Zuhause fühlen. Zusätzlich zu den 5 Sternen vergebe ich noch 2 Sterne extra. Danke Appartement-Service- Laboe für diese schöne Woche, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ostern 2022

Über Ostern waren wir diesmal in der Wohnung 6 in der Villa Fördestrand. Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das W-Lan sehr gut (für mich persönlich wichtig).Den Ausblick direkt auf die Ostsee (Kieler Förde) kann man nicht beschreiben, das muss man sehen. Wir haben viel Zeit auf dem vorderen Balkon verbracht, auch das Wetter hat gut mitgespielt. Hier in diese Wohnung kommen wir mit Sicherheit bestimmt noch öfter. Anzumerken wäre noch das die Ein- und Ausfahrt aus der Tiefgarage mit etwas größeren Autos (SUV) etwas Geschick erfordert, doch es geht.

Wir haben mit der Familie tolle Tage in Laboe in der Villa Fördestrand Fewo 6 verbracht. Ankommen und gleich wie zu Hause fühlen. Eine sehr geschmackvolle, super ausgestattete Wohnung mit fantastischem Meerblick, den wir zu jeder Zeit genossen haben. Der Strand mit dem dazugehörigen Strandkorb war nicht nur vom Balkon zum Greifen nahe - einfach klasse! Einzig der Tiefgaragenstellplatz hat uns mit unserem Kombi immer wieder Schweißperlen auf die Stirn getrieben!

Die Wohnung hält, was sie verspricht

Perfekt ausgestattete Ferienwohnung; traumhafter Blick auf die Ostsee; zwei ca.18qm große Balkone; ruhige Lage; der Strand könnte gepflegter sein; vielleicht gibt man sich im Sommer dort mehr Mühe?! Ein kleiner Ort, der nicht für Menschen geeignet ist, die Luxus erwarten oder gerne shoppen gehen. Jederzeit wieder.
