A good experience.

Room: as expectet for the price. We had a good experience. Breakfast: Feels like the breakfast facilities is dimentioned for half the hotel. Really difficult to find somewhere to sit. Its also really inefficient since most of the tables ar for 6 people. Since most of the customers are 2-3 people this lead to a lot of empty seats no one can use. Service: One of us had ordered an uber after check out. It got cancelled for some reason. The reception helped an got a taxi there within 2 minutes. Thousand thank you as we say in Norway.

Mitarbeiter der Rezeption sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Frühstück reinste Katastrophe! Keine Tassen, verdreckte Tische (Mitarbeitende kommen mit dem Aufräumen nicht hinterher. Sind aber bemüht) Für das Verhalten der Gäste ist das Hotel nicht verantwortlich - jedoch lässt das Benehmen einiger Gäste sehr zu wünschen übrig! Aschenbecher vor dem Hotel quellen über - Papier und Schmutz fliegt und liegt herum, was nicht einladend ist. Wir hatten bewusst das Hotel dieser Kette gewählt, weil wir in einigen anderen Hotels im In- und Ausland damit immer gute Erfahrungen gemacht haben. Abschließend: Zimmer sauber und gut! Mitarbeitende: zuvorkommend und freundlich Frühstück: absolute Katastrophe Wir können das Hotel an diesem Standort nicht empfehlen - sehr schade.

Die Dame beim CheckIn konnte mir keine Auskunft zu Parkmöglichkeiten und Kosten mitteilen. Für Fahrräder gab es keine Unterstellmöglichkeiten, diese mussten auf dem Radtrailer bleiben. Zimmer wurden nur alle 3 Tage gereinigt und das Bad war nicht sauber und der Geruch war nicht angenehm. Die Toilette war voller gelber Streifen und Ablagerungen. Der Frühstücksraum war mit einer Jugendherberge zu vergleichen....keine Gläser, kein Besteck und Speisen wurden spärlich aufgefüllt. Die Fenster in allen Zimmern können nicht geöffnet werden. Unter Hampton bei Hilton stelle ich mir etwas anderes vor.
Das ist die beschriebene Toilette.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel um Kiel zu erkunden. Fußlaüfig entfernt findet man Geschäfte, Restaurants sowie auch die Fähren nach Skandinavien. Frühstück inklusive. Verschiedene Parkmöglichkeiten im direkten Umfeld Unser Zimmer im 9. Stock war modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. (Fenster ist nicht zu öffnen). Die Raumgröße ist völlig ausreichend.

Das Hotel war sehr gut, der Empfang sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und wird lt. ausliegender Info alle 3 Tage gereinigt. Handtücher kann man bei Bedarf am Empfang abholen. Mülleimer alle 3 Tage leeren erscheint mir etwas wenig, wir waren aber nicht so lange da. Das Zimmer war direkt neben dem Aufzug, den hörte man abends bei Ruhe deutlich. Das Frühstück war ok, immerhin ist das inklusive.

Gefallen hat mir die Sauberkeit an sonst frühstück nicht so toll das frühstück Zimmer waren sehr voll und laut das Essen war nicht vorhanden müssen man immer fragen ob es gefüllt .
