"Our stay at the hotel was excellent. Agustina made our stay even better. She is very kind and attentive. She went the extra mile to help us. We wish there were more Agustinas at this hotel and at all the hotels we visited."

"Breakfast on the expensive side. Some items on the room could use a little attention. The TV kept hanging. It was also, not straight on the wall. Lights near the bed did not work. Light on the desk shared a plug socket with the mobile phone charger plug. So needs to unplug the light to get the phone to charge. Staff overall great, check was not the best. But got there in the end."

"Room was probably excellent 30 years ago. The positives: you get a big key (not a card which will not work unexpectedly!) big room, high ceilings, near to Termini. Negatives: Really old, no tea/coffee making facilities, some mould in the bathroom, bed worn out. Double bed is two single beds joined together with a sheet on. Air conditioner worn out. staff friendly. Unexpected 60 Euro cash payment needed (tax, apparently). Positive overall but clear places to improve."

"The air conditioning was not working the first night and so we had to wait until the second night to call to get it fixed and I also didn’t realize that when booking this reservation it said one person when it should’ve been too because we were traveling as a couple and when we checked in the lady, never let us know that only one breakfast buffet would be included and I wish I would’ve been made aware of that upon check-in because I would’ve settled it then. This is my second time I’ve stayed here. I’d have to say the first time was a better experience."

"This hotel is reasonably within walking distance of the main train station and metro. It has a nice buffet breakfast with eggs, bacon, weiners, croissants and the other usual items. Quiet."
