The only downside of our stay was the room temperature. The room was quite warm, especially at night, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay, and this was our only complaint.

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I had very low expectations for the included breakfast but it was fantastic. Homemade baked goods every morning, breakfast sandwiches, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, different types of breads, cereal. We were always offered a cappuccino. It was great. It's a bit of a walk from the city center but it's very doable and the public transit system is great. I will stay here again the next time I'm in Rome.

The staff service is amazing, they have a restaurant inside the hotel with full service the food is delicious and the service is very good, Definitely we will be back here.

"Breakfast on the expensive side. Some items on the room could use a little attention. The TV kept hanging. It was also, not straight on the wall. Lights near the bed did not work. Light on the desk shared a plug socket with the mobile phone charger plug. So needs to unplug the light to get the phone ..."
