"The staff at The Premier Suites were top notch. Glenny was our premier assistant and was there to help us plan and schedule each day. Sergio and Luis at the Premier Suites main lobby were also so helpful they took us around looking at the properties and shared which famous celebrity loved where. That was an unexpected and fun evening! The food quality was spectacular and fresh. I will say as a whole the servers where at the beach or restaurants were very inattentive and moved slow. Example we asked for drinks on Playa Minitas and an hr later they were brought. Even if you went up and ordered a drink from the bar... Zero effort on speed.
