"Carpet in bathrm area badly frayed and needs to be repaired. Staff were really lovely. Especially Sergio in charge of the breakfast eating area. Breakfast and coffee were especially good. Sergio’s service was splendid and he is a real asset of the property. Gym and pool are good. Lots of umbrellas. It was a very long walk to Disney main gate so best to Uber there. "I had a very nice experience. I was a little nervous because I called the front desk with some questions and the lady on the phone was rude. However, when I arrived the staff was nothing but kind and attentive. I got the hollywood hills view and it was beautiful. I stayed during the 4th of july and it was the perfect view of the fireworks. I would definietly come again!"

"I have stayed at Hilton Anaheim a few times in the past few years and loved all the amenities and great service and especially the Starbucks inside was a huge plus as a coffee lover to just head down to grab my coffee and breakfast on my way to Disneyland. In the past the only downside that almost made me not rebook this time around was that the rooms were outdated and did not go up to par with how the look and feel of the hotel , amenities and lobby looked since its nice. However this time around I decided to rebook for my annual family Disney trip and with the new room renovations I definitely loved it and it has a bit more of a modern and luxury feel. I will definitely be sticking to this hotel for the long run now. "
