"Super stay at this special “micro mansion”, inspiring and creative. I enjoyed the streamlined functionality “Japanese” nuances throughout the space. Communication with the owner was on point- the gate to the tiny home had been broken prior to my arrival, a repairman was sent immediately to fix the situation. If you prefer spartan, clean and quiet experience, this property is perfect!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. Pros: For the most part the apartment was quiet and private. The beds are comfy and the towels absorbant. The place was clean and the kitchen was stocked with just the basics. It’s situated in a great location- 2 blocks from Core Power Yoga, and less than 10 minutes from Old Town Pasadena. Cons: The pillows on the beds could be improved significantly, and the bedding would be better if it was bamboo or cotton as it didn’t breathe the best. There were also no oven...

"The place is very nice. The complex is super quiet. The unit is very comfortable. The bedding and towels are excellent as well. The kitchen was excellent and allowed us to cook some meals there rather than going out all the time, which was nice. As stayed the parking access is narrow, our car was fine, but SUV or large pick ups would likely not fit. Overall, a great place to stay when visiting So Cal, especially Pasadena like us!"

"Owner never responded to any of my messages or provided the location that the lockbox was located. Never had an issue with any other VRBO in my life with about 25-30 rentals. Made the mistake of not reading reviews on this unit prior to booking or arrival. Once the owner was unresponsive I started looking everything over. I couldn't find a lockbox anywhere and the area was a little sketchy so I just left and got a hotel room instead. I'm surprised VRBO let's these people to even advertise on...

"The was a very enjoyable stay because the property was so nicely furnished and incredibly clean. I’ve noticed the host offered ground coffee, candles, and slippers - such a great touch! The unit also has its own private washer and dryer, which was super convenient because I had some laundry I had to do after my work trip in Vegas. The unit also has a sun roof which makes it very bright in the morning. One thing to note is that overnight street parking is not available, but the host offers up...

"We enjoyed our stay. Our pets loved it, it was private, cozy, and was true to the advertisement. The only thing was the heater was too hot and would continue to heat past the setting. We had to turn it off and use the AC to cool the room down. The onsite manager was readily available and we met the owner, Ronald who was extremely kind and so nice to talk to. We would stay again! "Direction into the property is a bit fuzzy since it's a gated community. But there was enough traffic that the gate can be opened by other cars going in or out. The host is always very responsive, though."

"This place is easy to get to and it is close to everything. The kitchen has everything and there is a couple of grocery stores within 1 mile. The air conditioning/ heating is controlled in each room which makes it very comfortable. I highly recommend this place."

"Stayed here for 5 nights during a conference. Very walkable area. Safe, clean, beautiful city! Didn't rent a car, but with Lyft and the train/bus, was able to get around just fine. Condo was clean with spacious rooms. Perfect weather/climate in early March. Really enjoyed it!"
