She was on her phone the entire time she was checking me in. The hallways were dirty. The common areas were dirty. Breakfast was not stocked, dirty, things all over the countertops. We stay at Tru in AZ and it’s always excellent. This location is bad."

"They didn’t have a room that fit our needs but the front desk made it work for us and was very attentive made us feel special. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was different from other hotels, everyone enjoyed the food especially the kids. "
