The house itself is nicely laid out and comfortable. The master bed mattress is firm, but we slept great. The bathrooms and kitchen are nicely appointed; we liked the skylights in the bathrooms and master closet that brightened up the house during the day! The living space is very comfortable and easy to use. We visited in mid November and found the temperature to be perfect! The house is located in a quiet residential area with shopping and restaurants nearby, and feels very private. The pool and backyard pond were really our favorite thing - the pond has a nice waterfall feature that was really pleasant to sit and listen to in the evenings. The grill worked well, which hasn’t been the case at every VRBO we’ve rented. The pool itself was awesome, we got in every day and read for a good chunk of the day. We paid a very reasonable fee to heat it for the week, which was an excellent investment. Overall, we found it tremendously enjoyable, quiet, private, and relaxing! We will be back! ##### Katie D.
