"Quiet, comfortable rustic setting beautifully decorated. It was, for our group, a perfect place to stay in ABQ. Cooler temp and nicer environment than the city but close enough to be convenient."

"The house and location were perfect. We really loved the mountain area. The pictures of the lodge definitely do not do it justice. The house was perfectly located, clean and well stocked. So comfy that you almost feel like you are home. It was truly one of the most well stocked VRBO houses that we have every rented. Brad was also an exceptional host. He accompanied every need and provided valuable information that helped make our stay great. We hope to come back again in the near future."

"We gathered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, for a board meeting and expected a comfortable, safe, and well-prepared property, particularly given that members traveled from multiple states. Unfortunately, the stay did not meet these expectations.Several basic essentials were missing, requiring us to purchase items ourselves despite the cost of the stay. We also experienced ongoing issues involving a neighbor, including complaints over minor matters without clear communication, which caused unnecessary stress and required significant time coordinating with the property owner.Additionally, some board belongings, including cigarettes and a lighter, were not returned, and it remains unclear how these items were handled. We encountered multiple maintenance, housekeeping, and safety concerns, including an unusable bathtub, a flooding sink, insufficient cleaning supplies, very low beds, and bathroom safety issues such as the absence of grab bars and shower mats. A poorly visible step into the living room also presented a tripping hazard.Finally, the tone of the house policies felt overly focused on warnings and penalties, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and we hope these concerns are addressed to improve future guests’ experiences."

"I feel like I am back home in Albuquerque. Great yard for my dog, clean and comfortable ( best I’ve ever been in) I didn’t use the hot tub because I’m not a hot tub person but it looks amazing. Great place to just chill. Great location. Hot water, tons of room, everything works, and available but not hovering hosts. This just made a very difficult trip really really good! If I don’t buy a house, we will stay here again. And we may need to stay again anyway! Thanks CJ and Shawn! "

"What an amazing property! We’ve stayed in VRBO properties for years, in several countries. So comfortable - beds were awesome, great livability. Everything we could want, from kitchen utensils to TV’s to local restaurant menus to sightseeing recommendations. Wildlife in the backyard and fabulous bird watching. AND our cat was welcome! Hosts were extremely responsive - usually within 15 mins.If we go back to Albuquerque we will for sure try to book this property! "
