The location was excellent, and the front yard was truly gorgeous. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided — spices, laundry detergent, and shampoo — which meant we didn’t need to purchase our own. The early check-in was a kind accommodation, though we noted that check-out remained at 10am rather than being extended to noon.One area for improvement: the listing didn’t mention until just days before our arrival that there would be construction directly behind the house and that the home lacks air conditioning. The construction itself was a non-issue, as it was quiet, but the lack of AC made it difficult to cool the house below 80 degrees on some days; fans offered some relief.The beds themselves were comfortable, though the sheets, pillows, and comforters were lower quality (microfiber and polyester-fill).
