To access them, guests must go through two sets of gates. \- A hard key to access the bins is provided in a lockbox. \- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted. \- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine. \- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance. \- No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings. \- All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings. Parking Details: \- One parking space is available behind the building near the back gate. Street parking is permitted except on Wednesday nights due to street sweeping at 1 AM on Thursdays. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. The neighborhood is great, easy walk to fun bars and restaurants in PB. The home is simple but had what we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable.Only complaint is that the home had extremely loud air conditioning equipment on the roof above the upper floor bedrooms and bathrooms.
