"Great communication with the host throughout our stay. Rental was clean and in a very safe area. Beautiful ocean views from the park. Would stay here again."

"I was surprised to see no reviews on this beautiful property. The photos accurately represent the space. It’s very clean, the grounds are well kept, everything is modern, and the quality of the bed was phenomenal. The neighborhood is quiet and the parking is plentiful. (Crazy, cause you’re 3 blocks from the beach and right on Newport Ave). There was a tiny bit of noise coming from upstairs, and maybe some laundry machine noise at some point, but overall very peaceful. The hosts is friendly and...

"Such a great experience here! The host was very communicative and attentive. Spot was clean and perfect for our weekend getaway. There are plenty of bars and cool shops within walking distance. We will definitely be booking the same spot on our next trip!"

"Perfect amount of space for 3 people, no issues in the house, everything worked fine. You can hear everything that happens upstairs but that's kind of expected when staying on the bottom level of anything. Hosts were very helpful, let us check in early which was convenient for us! Close to airport and downtown which was nice. Overall great stay!"

"Beds were very comfortable."

"We loved being within walking distance of historic Old Town. The safe parking gave us total peace of mind, and having so many restaurants right around the corner was so convenient. Great place for a family of 5!"

"Our stay was excellent. We enjoyed the space. Used TV, sofa and bed… nothing else. Quiet and easy access to property. "

"The host was great with communication and the property is in a great location and fit my needs perfectly."

"The owner of property cancelled my stay and I can not get anyone to give me a refund. I would appreciate someone getting back to me for this. I will not let it go unsettled. "

"Clean well equipped place. Great communication and flexible hosts. Would stay again when back in town."

"Very cozy and family oriented."

"Easy to get to location in a good neighborhood! Nice and clean quiet despite being close to everything!"

"Best host we had, Tam has everything covered and more. Neighborhood seems rough but the neighbors are very quiet and family oriented. The place is very spacious and equipped with everything we needed. We had the place Monday through Friday for a baseball tournament and it was pretty much half the cost of any other place available that week. I wouldn’t ask for anything else nor do I have anything negative to say about this place."

"The property was very fresh and inviting. The host was very nice. The home had plenty of towels and other useful amenities. Close to shops, the bay and the trolley. The area is a little noisy due to the train, if you're a light sleeper."
