If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30. • OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2\. The room is large and comfortable. But the view out to the bay is wonderful. You get to see the sailboats and the crew boats practicing on the water. Not to mention the sunrise! One block away is the bus line. Go north a few blocks and get a great breakfast or lunch at Olive. Wonderful view and great location. Should be advertised that there is no parking at the accommodation. You have to find parking on a nearby street which can be challenging. The listing says it is 1 bedroom but in reality it is a studio suite. Feel the bathroom needs a refresh. It looked old and needed more hooks to hang towels etc.. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and we enjoyed ourselves. Great views. Easy walk to restaurants and only 3 blocks to the ocean sunset was perfect for us. We cooked our own breakfasts each day and everything worked great. The only thing I would suggest is a firmer bed… not sure how old the mattress is but it was a little too soft for us. Super fun being on the jogging trail. Was able to enjoy walks along the trail. 2 minute walk to the beach and ocean. Two beach chairs was so nice.
