I wanted to do water sports and it’s only a 5 minute walk to rent kayaks, paddle boards etc in the bay. I think it’s a pretty good value considering the location to everything which is very walkable. My only complaint is that there was no parking at all when we showed up. No street or paid parking available. The only parking we could find had a 5 hour limit. We came on a weekend when it had dropped into the 70s from consistently being in the 80s so that was probably why. The room is large and comfortable. But the view out to the bay is wonderful. You get to see the sailboats and the crew boats practicing on the water. Not to mention the sunrise! One block away is the bus line. Go north a few blocks and get a great breakfast or lunch at Olive. You can’t beat the location. I didn’t have any issue with parking. Their team was very responsive if any issues came up. The bed was so comfy and I’m kind of a bed snob. (Lol) There were times I didn’t even want to leave the room. Absolutely loved my stay here. I’ll 1000 % be back. It’s a perfect getaway spot for couple or solo traveler. The sunrises are amazing. Many restaurants within walking distance. If you’re looking to people watch two blocks over to the ocean side.
