- Beautiful 465 sq. ft. studio, totally remodeled. Private, large kitchen, granite countertops with stainless steel appliances & dishwasher. Queen size bed and pull out couch, sleeps 2 adults and 2 children . Separate vanity with sink and sitting area. Newer, dual-head shower & toilet. Wardrobe closet, 42 flat screen TV. Comfortable living area. Washer & Dryer located just outside the unit. This is a bottom rear unit with no views. Great place to have happy hour / street dining / kayak / surf shops , walk and watch the sunset and smell the Ocean Breeze.
