About this property

Cottage with a pond on the border of Brittany and Normandy

  • The gîte on the large Ile de la Poupardière is a country house with a natural park near a lake. It is ideal for spending a holiday in a calm atmosphere. You can live moments of family well-being in the middle of nature, amid birdsong, see one or more deer. You love horses, the Haras de la Poupardière is located a few meters from this unspoiled place.
Located within the Domaine des Vaulx, this place has a natural and unusual setting (tree houses, on the water, transparent bubble) where it is possible to walk, cycle, boat, fish (no kill).

This south-facing house is ideal for a family. It is possible to organize a good barbecue or a vigil by the fire, to play good games of football, badminton or volleyball in its magnificent park.

The large Ile de la Poupardière has:
    3 bedrooms and a mezzanine
1 bathroom and 1 powder room
1 open living room serving as dining room and living room
1 fitted kitchen (fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, etc.).
    1 WC

Close to all shops, the village of Baconnière has a grocery store, a bakery, a pharmacy, doctors (general practitioner, dentist), a hairdresser, a mechanic with a petrol pump and a bar / tobacco shop.

The nearest supermarket is 6 km away in the neighboring village.

And for all shopping, the cities of Laval, Vitré, Fougères and Rennes offer a large possibility of shops. They are located respectively at 16km, 25Km, 40Km and 70Km.

Many activities are to be done or to visit nearby (museums, castles, gardens, golf (27 holes), horse riding, tree climbing, water sports, hiking, etc.)

Reposant

Sejour très reposant, cadre seule verdure , animaux. Le logements est moyens. Literie a revoir impérativement vieux .
