You'll have the entire cottage to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Bright cottage with wifi, pets allowed, parking, near Château-Gontier

The cottage offers you a new, bright, comfortable and well-insulated house with a large living room of 71m² on the ground floor, including a fitted kitchen, a lounge area with TV screen. Pellet stove to warm the atmosphere. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with soft and harmonious decorations, each with its own private bathroom (shower cubicle, sink and toilet). Choice of 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 160\*200 each, and a bedroom with 3 beds 90\*190.  
All along the house a large terrace, parking and a lawn area with fruit trees (pears, plums). Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue (charcoal) and arbor.  
  
The owners, neighbors of the cottage, have a magnificent vegetable garden and many fruit trees, an area with chickens and in winter, sheep graze near the cottage. You will be enchanted by the views from the first floor over the fields of crops as far as the eye can see!  
  
Peuton is ideally located 12km from Château-Gontier-sur-Mayenne where you can practice all water sports (aquatic area, water skiing, paddle, kayak, electric boat), bike (with the possibility of rental at Canotika) to travel the Vélo Francette on the towpath of the Mayenne, visit a museum, the cinema... The city has the fleur d'or label for the quality of its landscaped areas. To discover.  
You can also visit the Robert Tatin museum, an open-air museum with giant statues!  
The Rincerie leisure center (24km) offers a beautiful lake with beach and wake park.  
  
All local shops, bakery, butcher, restaurant, mini-market ... are 4km away, in Quelaines.  
  
Weekend stay: from Friday 5 \[hidden\] to Sunday 5 \[hidden\] - weekend package 1 or 2 nights.

On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom Ochre 13m² with 1 bed 160\*200 and its bathroom and toilet, storage - 1 bedroom Pearl Grey 13.5m² with 1 bed 160\*200 and its private bathroom, storage and wardrobe - 1 bedroom Botanique 9.5m² with 2 beds 90\*190, storage, and a 5m² office with 1 bed 90\*190 and a travel cot with comfort mattress.  
Outdoor equipment: garden table and bench - 2 deckchairs - 1 large parasol - barbecue  
Courtyard: large parking lot and 2 parking spaces outside the courtyard. Lawn.  
Fiber optic WiFi accessible throughout the accommodation.
