The little extra: ideal place to organize themed stays. So, head to the Moulin de la Rongère for your stay in Mayenne! The mill is overlooking the water - Access from the road via a footbridge to pass the lock - Entrance to the inside of the mill is via level 1, by taking the front staircase.
Your accommodation includes:
LEVEL 1: bedroom 4 of 12m², with 1 140*190 bed and its private bathroom shower/wc - bedroom 5&6 of 26m², communicating with 2 beds 90*190 and 2 twin beds 90*200 and its shower room/ wc - living room with mini kitchen - balconies at each end of the level.
LEVEL 2: bedroom 1 of 19m² with 1 140*190 bed and 1 80*190 bed - bedroom 2 of 26m², 1 140*190 bed and 1 80*190 bed with its private bathroom and toilet 16m² - bedroom 3 of 26m² with 2 90*190 beds - wc with independent sink - landing with ping-pong table.
Wood heating and electricity (included).
LEVEL 3: large living room 150m² with fitted kitchen, lounge with wifi included and television, board games, billiards - a bathroom with shower and toilet, washing machine.
LEVEL 0: storage room at the water's edge with nautical equipment available (1 kayak and some fishing gear), closed area to store your bikes.

OPTION: cleaning 150€ (package to be deposited at the entrance if you have not taken this package at the time of booking, will be returned if cleaning is carried out) - 20€ for 1 additional person - folding bed: maximum number of people = 15 including babies.

Call the owner 24 hours in advance to arrange key delivery, between 4 [hidden] and 6 [hidden] Be careful, the mill is surrounded by water, you will be more comfortable if you can arrive during the day.
After dropping off your luggage, you can park along the road going down from the village of Saint Sulpice, so as not to block the towpath or the lock gates.
By crossing the lock via one of the footbridges in front of the mill (there are 2 footbridges for the lock, of which always at least one is accessible at any time), you can enter by the large green door of the mill on the R of C or by the French window of the balcony downstream, accessed via the exterior staircase.
Please respect the neighborhood, after 10 [hidden], doors closed gently, no shouting in front of the lock keeper's house, etc.
Cleaning fee 150€ to be deposited at the entrance if the option was not chosen at the time of booking. The amount will be returned to you if the accommodation is left clean.
Mandatory deposit of €500: either secured by credit card with Gîtes de France Mayenne, or by check or cash to the owner.
