And that's not all: a games room to suit all tastes with a ping-pong table, foosball, darts, a basketball hoop, as well as outdoor games: pétanque, shuffleboard… The 5,000 m² pond, located in front of the cottage, is perfect for a peaceful stroll, a boat ride, or even a fishing trip (carp, tench, roach). In spring, the grounds burst into a thousand colors thanks to lotuses, roses, hydrangeas, and many others. Access to the cottage is through a working farm, where dairy cows live, whose sounds you might hear from time to time, as the animals roam freely in the meadows surrounding the property. Here, there are no mosquitoes, only a few flies typical of the rural setting. It's not uncommon to spot deer in the neighboring fields. A cat sometimes wanders around the cottage. The cottage is very well equipped, with everything you need for cooking and two comfortable bedrooms.
