It is the vacation home, ideal for those who seek to disconnect and enjoy the tranquility with the family, during the desired vacation.

Villa Carmen is part of the Poble Carina Residence, it is a small community of ten semi-detached houses, very quiet and above all familiar.

The houses are semi-detached and each one has its own private garden space in the main part where the pool is, the garden spaces are separated between neighbors with vegetation, to give more privacy.

In the back of the houses is the parking area, and it is the area to make the barbecue in a more private way.

Capacity of the house:
maximum 6 people.

The Accommodation is ideal for,

For Families who want to enjoy calm and relaxation, and with the comfort that the pool is in front of the house, with a terrace and sun loungers.
For those who love diving, where you can enjoy dives for all levels and different points of interest in the l'Escala area.
For Athletes, who come with their bicycles, ideal for resting and being able to store the bicycles.

American kitchen: fridge-freezer, hob, oven and microwave.
Living-dining room with the same very cozy atmosphere with a sofa bed. The living room gives access to a terrace facing the pool. Equipped with table and chairs.

Garage: is the washer and dryer. It is possible to use it to leave the bicycles.
Private Parking: behind the house there is parking for 1 car, Parking number 7.

The environment,

The closest beaches are Playa de Riells, a 15-minute walk away, and Cala Montgó beach, a 6-minute drive away (2.7km).

Cafeteria and bakery: it is a few meters from the house.
Supermarkets: large-area (Bon Preu, Carrefour, Lidl,...) are at the entrance to l'Escala where a car is recommended.
Leisure: variety of activities, in the Riells beach promenade area there are bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors and various shops.

Additional information:

Communal swimming pool:normally available from June to October (except during occasional maintenance or improvement periods as required by the facility). Usage hours are approximately from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm. Please respect the schedule and the rules posted at the premises.

Pets:Not allowed.

Wifi:Not available.

Air conditioning: Available, extra charge, please consult fee.

Electric Car:Charging electric cars is NOT allowed in the accommodations. However, in l'Escala there are specific charging points available for your convenience.

Party and events:Please note that parties and events are not allowed in the accommodation.

Noise-free hours: 10 pm - 8 am Respect the quiet hours for the well-being of the neighbours.
