"The property was exactly as expected from the VRBO ad. The property including the pool were beautiful and Raul, our host, was very attentive. If there was anything we needed he took care of it very quickly. A vehicle is a definite must for this property but amenities and the sea with many beautiful beaches are very close by, with a few beaches by just walking down the hill. There was a great restaurant just up the hill as well. There is so much to see within an hour north or south of this...

"Nice studio apartment close to the beach. Property was clean and we had everything we needed for cooking - cutlery,pans,pots and even coffee,tea and some condiments and spices. Good for couple and can accommodate up to 4 people as there is a extendable sofa bed. Tram and buss stops are very close and will take you to the historic centre of Valencia literally straight from your doorstep. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped (some of the group found the beds too hard, others were happy with their bed). We especially liked the roof terrace and kitchen. "First, I’m American. When we pulled up to this complex, I was worried. But when I met the owner and her daughter, I was enchanted. The property is truly a hidden gem. There is a lovely kitchen with a washer, dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator. We cooked three dinners and did laundry! There is a tiny courtyard where you can relax or hang the clothes to dry. The downstairs has a bedroom, 1/2 bath and family room for relaxing eating, and tv watching. The upstairs has two more bedrooms...

"A great little house with an ideal size garden. The location is great as it is by a small river that runs into the sea. The beach is literally 2 minutes walk. Lovely beach which our dogs thoroughly enjoyed. The house itself was clean and the beds very comfortable. The owner was lovely and very helpful, and the house met all our needs. Just a shame we didn't have time to stay longer."

"We had a relaxing time in Chalice's peaceful house in Xativa Old Town. Living and sleeping areas were comfortable. We felt that a few details in the kitchen and bathrooms still needed attention, and the double bedroom pictured is a level away from the nearest shower; but in general the house is pleasant to be in, Xativa is a most interesting and appealing town, and Chalice was very welcoming and helpful."

"We came here as a family of 13 for 2 weeks, we were immediately Impressed with the modern spacious villa with Spectacular views of the local town Quesa and the Mountains. it had a child friendly pool area, enough rooms and beds for our large family to be comfortable, Yolanda was on hand to address any issues we had and was very helpful. Less than an Hour from Valencia, 10 minutes to a lovely lake in the town of Navares. Great value for money, we would love to return."

"Folks at reception (Alejandro, Daniela, Valentina) are outstanding. Kitchen, bedroom, living room are great. Bathroom has a few issues: faucet is very short, showerhead waterpressure low, and the hot water tank is tiny. More than two people can’t shower in a row, you’ll run out of hot water."

Check in experience was amazing as Host stayed in touch through WhatsApp and provided all the help that we need (even the local info about transport etc). Sent a message about extra items and they were delivered right away. Apartment and building both are very modern with top class cleaning. As a family, we felt very safe and enjoyed the location as it was very central. Would highly recommend for families and couples. "
