We had a wonderful stay, the service was excellent, with genuinely friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome throughout. Our room was spotless, comfortable and beautifully maintained. The facilities were excellent and the whole property felt incredibly well cared for despite some renovations being made. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience , we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

A lovely well maintained property. I travelled with my young son (age 4) and I would say that the hotel is more for adults and the food/ amenities are not really for children. However, I knew this before booking the hotel and it didn’t take away from the experience. A special mention -Alejandro, who worked at the ground level restaurant-he always made my little boy and I feel special and well looked after. I would happily stay again the next time we are in Santa Monica.

We spent 5 nights at the hotel, which lived up to expectation. The room was beautifully decorated with a comfortable four poster bed. We could not fault the staff who were welcoming & attentive. The bar & restaurants were excellent, the food was of a high quality and live music was played most nights of our stay. Great hotel with large suites. Only drawback is poor descriptions of suite types. We would have liked a room with a view, but were at the back of the hotel and the small balcony was facing the apartment building behind. Its a converted apartment building with room access from an open courtyard with central pool. As all rooms are slightly different, they don't all have desks, so I ended up working on laptop balanced on a pile of books because no rooms with desks available. Annoying for a business...
