"Room was modern and clean. Nice to have a magnified makeup mirror in the bathroom. Shower kept dripping but I didn’t report it either. Weird that the box spring wasn’t covered. Nice to have the water jug in the lobby and water bottles at check-in and in the gym. Convenient that LA Live is right across the street, but also it was soooo loud on Saturday night, even with earplugs it was hard to fall asleep. I requested foam pillows but the hotel doesn’t provide them. I appreciated that there was a fridge, safe, robes, free internet, and a Keurig machine in the room. Was hard to determine what dining options were available before traveling but front desk was helpful."

The Westin Los Angeles Airport

The Westin Los Angeles Airport

8/10 Good
"The room was very clean and had everything we needed. There was a problem with the door lock, but it did work. There is an airport shuttle every 15 minutes - very convenient. The restaurant and bar were nice, as was the gift/sundries store. There was a “Top Golf” simulator area but it was not accessible, as it was supposed to be. Staff were helpful. We arrived very early (after disembarking from a cruise) and had hoped to check in early, but they did store our bags until we could. (Hefty fee if you did check in early, so we waited until 2:00.) The “Destination Fee” that the hotel charges gives you $10 in the little “snack/drink” room and a couple of drinks in the bar (very limited selection), but no one ever tells you about this. We learned of it from the bellman and did take advantage of it."
