Understand how tight it is with staff but I think if for emergencies only if customers aren’t feeling up to it, then send a bottle of water and a small thing to eat A lot if senior citizens were there this time of year and have different health issues I was willing to to pay. It’s not the hotels fault. It’s just the way things have gotten Otherwise I’d rate this place 5 plus stars"
