"Lovely hotel but my only issues were firstly, after you have used the tea, coffee and milk sachets by the kettle, they do not get replenished. There’s only enough for a white coffee each and a black tea each. When I asked for more after they were not refilled, I was told it’s not their policy to refill. Secondly, on arrival, we were told we’d been upgraded but when we got to our room, it was the room we booked (jacuzzi on balcony room). We were a little gutted as not sure why we were told we’d been upgraded when we hadn’t. We did ask if we could be upgraded from room 154 to 156 as that room is bigger and three members of staff discussed in Greek in front of us our request. This seemed unprofessional and the outcome was no as the room was reserved but given they chatted for approx 3 minutes and given we didn’t see anyone use the room, we were basically fobbed off. If we weren’t told we’d had been upgraded, we wouldn’t have had a problem but it was a false thing to say and they could have let us move to the bigger room with no one being in it. Other than those two points, the cleaner was fabulous and the lady with dark hair in reception very helpful. I would recommend to others."

"All staff were brilliant and helpful couldn’t complain, first night we had some extremely noisy neighbours could here every word spoken every door close. We asked to be moved and they did move us straight away which was brilliant. The location is amazing right between new and old town. Pools okay plenty sunbeds. I think for the price it is very fair and the mini bar restocked daily was unexpected surprise. Breakfast is fair for the price. You get what you pay for here the improvements I think that could be made would be I believe the noise is caused by the vents connecting the rooms something to do with the air con units if these could be sealed and new air Con units put in this would drastically improve the stay. We had a fair few mosquito bites even though we never opened the doors at all these must also be travelling in the vents. I think that one improvement would make the hotel extremely better and have seen similar comments in other reviews."

"This Hotel is in an excellent location surrounded by shops and restaurants some of the taverns l would give a five star rating the owner was very helpful the staff were very nice and cleaned our room daily if required. The Hotel is situated 5 minutes from the beach where you can find cheap beer and free deckchairs if you eat there we had a wonderful time."

"Beautiful, brand-new property. The cleaning crew was incredibly kind and helpful, and they really made the experience feel like home. The complimentary items in the fridge were such a unique and thoughtful touch, and they were replenished every day. I’ve never experienced that level of hospitality at a hotel or boutique property before. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it."
