"Had a day to kill in Narita before embarking on a 2 wk tour. In the week that I’ve been in Japan, so far to this has been the best breakfast spread. Plentiful selection of Asian and western foods. Free shuttle from airport and Shinshoji temple/shopping area was a plus."

"Rooms were not clean. AC DID NOT WORK AT ALL and the rooms were soooo hot. Had lots to do in hotel but everything was mostly closed and you had to pay to use the saunas. There were lots of ants in and around the pool."

"The bedding cover was terribly stained. The carpet has an old smell. Staffers were very kind and helpful. Location can be difficult if you push a heavy luggage from train stain to the hotel. There is free shuttle to airport, better with reservation. "

"A perfect airport hotel, has professional staff, loads of facilities and excellent bus service to/from the terminals. Lacks atmosphere, but perfect for an airport stop over. Restaurant seems expensive, we took the bus to the terminal and ate at a restaurant there for half what the hotel charges."
